I've been using at night maybe 2-4 times per month and I usually do it on a Saturday night when the kids are in bed and for the rest of the week, my skin looks so healthy as if I've been to a clinic or spa for a hydrafacial. Even to the point, I have stopped wearing makeup, my skin just looks better overall. Recommend.
