Guarantee & Warranty
These terms explain our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 1-Year Warranty for the Olapen pen. They are given in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Olapen pen, you can ask for a refund of the price you paid for the pen within 60 days of the day it was delivered, even if you have used it.
- What's covered: one Olapen pen per order, bought directly from olapen.com.
- What isn't covered: cartridges. They are sterile and single use, so used or opened cartridges can't be returned. Please dispose of them safely. Sealed cartridges can be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- What you need to send back: the pen, its charging cable and any other accessories that came with it. The original packaging isn't required.
- Return postage: free. We'll send you a prepaid label or refund your postage when you send us proof of posting.
- Refund: to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the pen, or of you sending us proof of posting, whichever is sooner.
1-Year Warranty
If your Olapen pen develops a fault caused by its materials or manufacture within 12 months of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. If we can't do either, we'll refund what you paid for the pen.
- Not covered: damage from accidents, misuse, using it other than as described in the instructions, or unauthorised repairs; cartridges; and normal wear, including the gradual reduction in battery capacity over time.
How to claim
Email support@olapen.com with your order number and, for a warranty claim, a short description of the fault (a photo or video helps). We'll reply within 1–2 business days with what to do next. Please don't send items to our correspondence address; we'll give you the return address.
Where this applies
This guarantee and warranty apply to orders delivered to any country we ship to.
Your legal rights
This guarantee and warranty are in addition to your legal rights and do not affect them. In the UK these include your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described) and your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the consumer laws where you live.
