Changed your mind?
You can return any item within 30 days of the day you receive it.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Cartridges can only be returned if they're still sealed. They're sterile, single-use products, so we can't accept opened cartridges for health and hygiene reasons unless they're faulty.
- It's fine to open the pen's box to inspect it. If an item has been used beyond what's needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as UK law allows.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement and cover all costs. After 30 days, you're still entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act.
How to return an item
- Email support@olapen.com with your order number, the item you're returning and the reason.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and either a prepaid return label or posting instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to our 3PL returns address below using a tracked service.
- Keep your proof of posting.

Please don't send returns to our UK correspondence address. If you have any questions about your return, contact us at support@olapen.com, not the warehouse.
Return postage is free
We cover the full cost of sending your return to our 3PL. We'll either send you a prepaid label or refund your postage when you send us proof of posting. International returns usually take 1–3 weeks to arrive.
Refunds
We'll email you once our 3PL has received and checked your return. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of you sending us proof of posting, whichever is sooner. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order. Faulty items are replaced free of charge.
Cancelling an order
Email us before your order is dispatched and we'll cancel it with a full refund. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 1-Year Warranty
As well as the 30-day returns above, the Olapen pen comes with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which applies even if you've used it, and a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing faults.
