Olapen started with a simple idea: everyone should be able to get the benefits of microneedling at home, with a pen they can trust.
Who we are
Olapen is a small UK business run from Manchester. We choose the products, write the guides, look after customer support and handle every return and guarantee claim ourselves. Our pens and cartridges are made by our manufacturing partner and meet CE and UKCA requirements, and orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner (3PL) in Dongguan, China.
Why we made Olapen
Microneedling has been used in clinics for years to improve the look of skin and support thinning hair. But regular appointments are expensive and hard to fit around everyday life. And when we looked at the pens available for home use, we found a confusing market: unclear needle options, inconsistent quality and very little guidance on how to use them well.
We wanted something better: one pen with a clear range of cartridges, simple to use, and backed by clear, honest guidance.
